ZenAI Labs is a marketplace where users can discover, purchase, and download AI agents, skills, and bundles. Purchased items are delivered as digital files (e.g., prompt files, configuration templates) for use in supported AI platforms.

3. Purchases and Payments

All purchases are processed securely via Stripe. Prices are listed in USD. By completing a purchase, you authorise us to charge the payment method on file. All sales are final unless otherwise stated.

4. Licence to Downloaded Content

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the downloaded content for your own personal or business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the content without prior written permission.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract proprietary components of any listing
  • Share or redistribute purchased content to third parties
  • Use the Service to generate harmful, misleading, or illegal content

6. Intellectual Property

The ZenAI Labs platform, branding, and all original content created by ZenAI Labs remain the exclusive property of ZenAI Labs. Third-party AI platforms referenced in our listings (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) are trademarks of their respective owners.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI agents will produce specific results, as output depends on the underlying AI model and your specific use case.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZenAI Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
